Mauritius Packages from Dubai
Mauritius is a direct overnight flight from Dubai into a four-hour time-zone that barely moves, and an island small enough that the coast you choose matters more than anything else you book. The resorts here are some of the most polished in the Indian Ocean. The question is which side of the island suits your month.
Three shapes cover most of what we book. For the resorts one by one, read our Mauritius little black book.

Which coast, and why it matters more than the resort
The east coast — Belle Mare and Poste Lafayette — has the longest beaches and calmest lagoons from October to April. It is home to One&Only Le Saint Géran, Constance Prince Maurice and Belle Mare Plage.
The south-west — Le Morne and Black River — is drier, more dramatic, and the sunset coast. Le Morne is also the island's best lagoon for kitesurfing.
The north — Grand Baie — is livelier, with restaurants, boats and the most going on after dark. It's calm in the southern winter, when the east coast is windy.

When to go from the UAE
April to June and September to December are the sweet spots: warm, settled, and outside the Christmas peak.
The UAE summer (June–August) is Mauritian winter — 23–26°C by day, fine for the north and west, windy on the east coast. It's a genuine escape from Dubai heat.
January to March is warm and humid, with cyclone risk. Rates are lower, and the trade-off is real.
Questions we get asked
How much is a Mauritius package from Dubai?
From around AED 9,800 per person twin-share for six nights at a lagoon resort with flights and half board. A two-coast trip starts near AED 17,500 for eight nights, and a private villa with staff starts near AED 38,000.
How long is the flight from Dubai to Mauritius?
About six and a half hours direct, usually overnight. Mauritius is in the same time zone as the UAE, so there is no jet lag.
Which is the best area to stay in Mauritius?
For the calmest water and longest beaches, choose the east coast (Belle Mare). For drama, sunsets and kitesurfing, choose the south-west (Le Morne). For restaurants and nightlife, choose Grand Baie in the north. On eight nights or more we usually split two coasts.
Is Mauritius good in the UAE summer?
Yes. It is Mauritian winter, so expect warm days, cool evenings and wind on the east coast. That makes it one of the few beach escapes from Dubai in July and August that isn't humid.
Mauritius or the Maldives?
Mauritius has more to do: mountains, food, a real island culture, and day trips. The Maldives is purer water and overwater villas with very little else. Couples wanting stillness tend to choose the Maldives. Families and second-time visitors tend to choose Mauritius.
On Mauritius the coast is the decision. We make it with you.
